What makes the Briarwood customer services team different to other suppliers?
“As a Family business every member of the team is very friendly and approachable. We get a lot of repeat business which is great as we can really build relationships our customers. When customers contact us they get to speak to someone that understands the products and their requirements, every little question gets a response.”

What is the Briarwood approach to customer service?
“We are very flexible and aim to go the extra mile for our customers. We are all very approachable and enjoy dealing with farmers directly as well as businesses.”

How do you handle orders?
“We receive up to 30 orders a day. The majority of customers contact us by phone or email. All orders are dealt with the same way regardless of their size. Urgent orders can be pushed through when needed to ensure we get the products to our customers when they are needed.

What do you like most about your job?
“Its great working with such polite friendly customers and feeling that the orders we fulfil are helping them to make improvements to their businesses. The friendly, family company culture at Briarwood is a really nice environment to work in.”
